Location
We are centrally located in down town Tromsø. Shopping, restaurants and attractions such as the Polar Museum, Polaria Aquarioum and the Tromsø Cathedral are all just a stroll away. Tromsø harbor with the Costal Express access, is 300 metres from the hotel.

Access
By bus / airport bus: Exit the bus in Storgata after a 15 minutes ride from the airport. The stop will be announced on the bus, and the stop is named “Rica Grand Hotel”. Walk past the Rica Grand and cross the next street. You will now be on the corner of City Living Tromsø.
Pariking is available at a fee in the hotel lower floor. There is also a 24 hour car park 50 meters away from the hotel.

Facilities
The hotel opened it's 46 rooms and apartments in 2008. All units have a separate bath and a kitchenette with fridge. The larger rooms also have a dish washer and a stove. The living rooms have modern interior, have LCD TV’s with 8 channels, sofa bed, recliners, eating tabl for two to four persons and a wardrobe. The hotel has it’s own laundry room with washer and dryer available to all guests.

Internet is naturally available through wireless LAN.

We will clean your room, change linen and towels once a week during your stay. If you wish you room to be cleaned more often or fresh towels delivered, this can be ordered at any time at a fee.
